The company announced that it has changed auditors, switching from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to Davidson & Company LLP. The change is effective Oct. 1, 2024, and will remain effective until the company’s next Annual General Meeting. The change was approved by the company’s board of directors and audit committee. “There were no reservations, modified opinions or reportable events (as defined in National Instrument 51-102) in the former auditor’s reports on the company’s financial statements for the period commencing at the beginning of the company’s two most recently completed financial years and ending on the date of termination of the former auditor,” stated the company in the press release.
