Ireland’s First CBD Massage Parlor Receives Glowing Endorsement

The cannabidiol craze that’s currently sweeping across the world isn’t just confined to the medical and sports communities. One of CBD’s biggest draws is that it lends itself to a wide variety of applications. Coupled with the hemp extract’s diverse range of medical applications, CBD can be used in different forms in a variety of ways.

The health and wellness space, for instance, has had promising results with cannabidiol. CBD’s anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation properties make it an excellent option for topical applications, and massage parlors have taken advantage of this fact. And unlike ingestible CBD products that usually require a medical professional’s opinion, especially if you’re using any other drug, topical applications are pretty safe for everyone.

Ireland’s Buff Day Spa is the first massage parlor in the country to offer CBD massages. Launched in December 2019, these CBD massage treatments were meant to assist with reducing inflammation, provide pain relief and improve one’s overall wellbeing. The spa was the brainchild of Brian O’Keeffe and Heidi Grimwood. O’Keeffe suffered from extreme eczema from childhood and in their quest to find a solution that could alleviate his condition, they ran into CBD and were amazed by the results.

Well, it seems their mission to provide a natural treatment that offers a variety of benefits has borne fruit. The CBD spa treatment recently received a glowing review from a woman who had experienced chronic back and shoulder pain for years. Over time, Melissa Carton tried a variety of pain relief options, from exercises to Deep Heat and salve solutions, but the pain “always came back with a vengeance.”

After confirming from a medical professional that she didn’t have a slipped disc and that her muscles were just seizing up, she decided to give the CBD massage a shot.

“I visited Buff Day Spa in Dublin a couple of weeks ago to try out Ireland’s first cannabidiol massage treatment. I’ve had massages in the past but they’ve been mainly for relaxation. This time, I was hoping that the treatment might be more intensive and help put my back problems behind me,” she says.

She says that she had extremely tight knots in her back and shoulders and although working them out was going to be intensive, it was necessary. “While undoing the knots was quite sore in the moment, the feeling of relief afterward was unlike anything I had ever felt before. I actually remembered that I can properly stand up straight,” she says.

As soon as she saw how effective the CBD massage treatment had been for her, she swiftly recommended it to people she knew suffered from back problems.

“I’m definitely going to go back in the near future for a repeat treatment as it’s the first thing that has ever really worked for my back issues.”

Analysts say that it is such moving testimonies that give CBD companies like Inc. (OTCQB: CIIX) working day and night to bring more helpful products to the people who need them the most.
