The past few years have been a complete game-changer for cannabis. What was once considered as harmful as cocaine and heroin is now being praised for its medicinal properties, and the authorities are taking notice. The company recently released a line of non-alcoholic, non-infused beers as well as a line of CBD and THC infused non-alcoholic beers. THC (delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol) is the compound in marijuana that makes users ‘high.’ CBD or cannabidiol is also produced by the cannabis plant, although it doesn’t induce a psychoactive high. The chemical is said to be a potent natural medicine, and it’s been found effective against a plethora of ailments, ranging from anxiety and high blood pressure to chronic pain and insomnia.
The CBD-infused drinks made by this brewer contain 20mg of broad-spectrum hemp, and the THC infused drinks contain 10 mg of fast-acting, nano-emulsified THC, with 30 calories in each bottle. The brews will be available in Outbound’s flavor profiles of Pale Haze, Blood Orange Haze, and Grapefruit Haze. A 12-ounce bottle will go for a retail price of $5.99-$6.99.
