CBD processor Green Leaf Medical is kicking things into high gear, in a bid to complete the construction of one of the only five medical cannabidiol processing plants ahead of a state-mandated deadline. The processor was awarded the coveted license last year, and it expects to complete the first phase of the 82,000 square foot complex at Decatur St. in the city’s south side by the end of this year.
