Mayo Clinic Study Offers Physicians Guidance on CBD

One of the biggest stumbling blocks to the wider use of CBD has been the reluctance of the mainstream medical professionals to embrace this form of treatment since they don’t have ample information about how CBD works. A study by Mayo Clinic sought to address this information gap and among other things, it made suggestions about how physicians can guide their patients to the best CBD products. Doctors were advised to inform their patients that the lack of regulation at the federal level means that it is not as easy to ascertain the quality of the CBD product that one wishes to buy.
