The agreement between USI and InsuraGuest Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ISGI, allows USI to provide InsuraGuest’s Hospitality Liability coverage to its network of more than 7,500 professional brokers. The exclusive coverage allows hotel operators to transfer small-property and medical-guest claims to lower general-liability premiums and generate additional revenue.
