The Wild West Crypto Show Highlights App Offering Better Deals with Crypto than Cash

May 6, 2019 12:22:18

Cash is no longer king; it has been dethroned by crypto. The recently launched ‘Life Info’ app promises to give users a better deal when they use its virtual currency, offering unique opportunities to earn discounts and cash back, as detailed by spokesman Rob Ronson on episode 58 of the Wild West Crypto Show, titled ‘Earning Rewards with Life App’.

The weekly show on all things crypto, broadcasted from Kerrville, Texas, is designed to entertain and inform while keeping listeners abreast of the latest crypto developments from around the world. Chatting on the show with its two co-hosts, Drew Taylor and Brent Bates, the ‘Life Info’ app point man stated that the app offers an alternative to credit card companies and their exorbitant fees. “It’s time to stop feeding those beasts,” Ronson said on the show, adding that he wants the ‘Life Info’ app to bring freedom to the masses.

Rob Ronson wants to facilitate mass adoption of cryptocurrencies, and what better way to do that than through e-commerce? His outfit is partnering with over 270 billion-dollar companies and merchants to bring savings to users. A list of ‘Life Info’ app’s collaborators reads like a ‘Who’s Who’ of retailers and consumer companies, including American Airlines, Barnes & Noble, Home Depot, Uber and Whole Foods, just to name a few. The app offers a single platform to win discounts and cash back from these megacompanies. Savings in the 4-6 percent range are projected, but users can also use their existing discount cards and get additional markdowns on purchases. The company released a beta version to the public on March 1.

In a promising development, the ‘Life Info’ app will be “minting” its own virtual currency from May 2019, giving users a “wallet” of value, similar to frequent flier miles, which can be spent on future purchases. Utilizing the ‘Life Info’ app’s virtual currency will earn users discount on top of discount, with totals climbing as high as 8-10 percent. The company is partnering with digital currency exchange Coinbase. Since May 1, ‘Life Info’ app users have been able to purchase bitcoin with the app’s virtual currency and spend that bitcoin at participating merchants to receive sizable discounts.
