Per the update, the North Carolina Industrial Hemp Commission granted the licenses to the company’s newly formed subsidiary, Coastal Labs North Carolina LLC. The Food and Drug Division of the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services provides guidance regarding the manufacture and sale of products that contain CBD.
