(“SMI”), has received the Confirmation of Readiness from Health Canada for a license under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (“ACMPR”). Now that the application has been accepted, the next step will be an inspection upon site readiness to begin cultivation. SMI will be required to provide information including documentation, photos, and videos of the Sunniva Canada Campus to present evidence of all physical security measures in order to confirm readiness and receive a cultivation license from Health Canada.
