The Switzerland-based company manufactures and markets “Hemplix™” brand CBD oils. Per the terms of the agreement, Pivot’s proprietary cannabinoid-derived products will be marketed and sold by S.T.U. online and in retail stores, where regulations permit, in the U.K., Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy.
